We could give you a laundry
list of press specifications (and will be happy to do so if you're really
into it) but you're probably more interested in knowing what we are capable
of printing and what we do best... So here goes: |

Long
run, full color brochures (up to 6 colors plus in-line coating).
Our new 6-color, 28 inch press is ideally suited for complex brochures,
full-size tri-folds and pocket folders. It can accommodate up to 300-line
screens for very fine quality and its high-speed run rate makes it economically
practical for long runs. The press also features an in-line aqueous coater,
along with an in-line dryer - an important advantage because in-line drying
eliminates offset and removes gas from the sheet to prevent gas ghosting.
Just as important, this new generation offset press is fully integrated
with our CTP system. This means that while the plates are being made, CTP
software also automatically calibrates the ink rollers and adjusts the settings
on the press. The result? More precision from the very first makeready sheet
and significantly shorter makeready time. |

Short
run 4-color brochures, tri-folds, pocket folders, 2-sided sheets.
If you have a run of 20,000 pieces or less, our 25-inch 4-color perfector
with a CRT console is your best choice. It's our workhorse and can accommodate
up to 200-line screens.
2-color posters, price lists, directories.
Due to its large sheet size, our 2-color, 38-inch press can handle multiple
8-1/2" x 11" and smaller signatures, as well as oversize pieces, with both
speed and precision.
Short-run small jobs. To round
out our printing capabilities, we also have three, 2-color 18-inch presses.
They are an excellent economical choice for stationery, Slim Jims, stuffers,
etc. in one or two colors. |

What ABOUT BINDERY?
As you should expect, we have complete, in-house capability to take most
jobs from start to finish. We can cut, saddle-stitch, fold (pile and continuous),
drill, collate and shrink wrap. Just as important, we offer fast, free pick
up and delivery. |
